Terra and her super-high-tech Green Boots have a job to do! Terraforming the biomes of this frontier wasteland won't be easy, though. The Ancient Industry robutts are hopping around out there, trying to plow fields that have long withered away.

Terra Forma is a roguelike puzzler/rpg with mechanics reminiscent of Qbert. Step on wasteland tiles to flip them to green tiles. Gain points and open chests to progress, and buy upgrades along the way.

That wasteland won't revitalize itself!

In Development - Pirate Software Jam 14

This project was created for a game jam and is a work in progress. As of the time of writing, none of the roguelike mechanics have yet been implemented. This is a very early prototype of core mechanics. Feel free to download the Design Doc for more information about the inspirations and development!

If you die, go back to title and start a new run, it continues the one you were on when you died.

But I had fun playing it, it's an interesting game for sure, good job!

Had a lot of fun playing through this. The mechanic seems responsive enough, and the only thing I would suggest would be to give some sort of indication of where the Robutts are going to go next. Also, if the maps were a bit more maze-y, I think we colud see some interesting puzzle elements happening.

I did read through the GDD too, and I would love to see some of the ideas being implemented. I feel like at this moment the mechanics are limited, so I think adding depth to them could be challenging.

But anyway, congrats on finishing in a week!

Thanks alot! I've been getting lots of good ideas and feedback on things and I'm excited to keep working on it! I appreciate your insightful feedback.

What browser are you using? It seems to run fine in Chrome.

As I already stated: FF.

I honestly didn't realize you were designating a browser with "FF". I get you now tho. I'll see if there are any solutions available. Thanks for the feedback!

Probably related to https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/86382

:o I'll keep an eye on this, thanks. In the future I'll just have to also have a downloadable version of the game available for those who don't wanna switch browsers.
